Leaf
1 tsp
One teaspoon of loose leaf per cup. Use more if you want it bolder.
Step 02
Water
Fresh
Filtered, freshly boiled. Reboiled water flattens the smoke.
Step 03
Temperature
95–100°C
Just off the boil. Hot enough to coax out the pinewood.
Step 04
Steep
3–5 min
Three for clarity, five for full campfire intensity.

How to drink it.

Black
Pure intensity. Smoke, oak, resin. The way it was made to be drunk.

With Milk
A small splash softens the smoke and brings malt and oak forward. Try it.

Iced
Brew double strength, pour over ice. Surprisingly refreshing. Rebels only.
